We began actual construction October 10, and we finished 6 weeks later (the week before Thanksgiving). The major changes to the living room were:
- scraping the popcorn texture off the ceiling
- make the entry to the kitchen wider
- create a pass through to the kitchen
- rock the wall for the new placement of the wood burning stove
- fix the non-working electrical plugs and switches
- paint ceiling and walls
This is how we lived in our living space for 6 weeks.
